Stamatis Sellas and his team were our chosen partner to renovate our property in Kassiopi, which we bought in 2019. From the very start of the process, Stamatis was professional and efficient. The quotes were very fair and throughout our renovations the whole team stuck to the prices quoted and completed the project on budget. Our property is a single building which was split into 3 apartments plus an empty room which had its own access. Our plan was to renovate the apartments and convert the empty room into a new studio apartment. We also planned to put in new patio areas and a swimming pool, which meant that the ground levels outside the building had to be changed. Stamatis dealt with all of our construction and project management, he was on site most days and his communication was excellent, which was important for us as we were in the UK and could not be on site when a lot of the work was being done. All of the work was completed to our satisfaction and Stamatis managed to keep our stress levels down! We now have a fantastic property with fantastic guests enjoying our pool and apartments. We would recommend Stamatis and his team without hesitation.
